Lofaso has been praised for her interpretation of traditional Italian food. Lofaso consistently serves excellent meals at Scopa which is a favorite of the neighborhood. The patrons call it authentic and satiating. Lofaso learned from culinary giants who used sophisticated techniques. She didn't hesitate to take extreme chances to honor her own instincts.
